Lovely! A great way to end the season. Loved seeing all those great English actors.
A pitch-perfect film! Absolutely wonderful!!

It's heartwarming to see people who live their passion thought their entire lifetime. A true testament to the adage do what you love and love what you do.

Excellent--charming, delightful, fun. Unusual story with wonderful music. Fabulous.
It is great for all ages. Such a good story! terrific.
Lovely film. Wonderful balance of warmth, comaraderie, humor, sense of aging. Msic is blended beautifully ino the script. Loved the authenticity--actual performers playing the roles. The blending of children and aged artists a nice detail.

Kudos to Dustin Hoffman. Excellent casting. The actin was extraordinary! The entire cast was excellent and they worked so well together. I LOVED the film.

By the end of the film, I grew up to feel great empathy for all the characters. A lovely love story.
Old age as we would like it to be.
Perfect example of why I love this Club. I wouldn't have seen this by choice but LOVED IT!

At last! A date movie for octogenarians!
What a gem! Beautifully acted and lovingly told. A real treat. Inspiring.
Fabulous - not a false note. I enjoyed seeing active seniors with their doughy features, like mine - but still capable and alert. Old people rock!

"How courageous of Dustin Hoffman to tackle this material for his directorial debut. And like all great movies, it introduced me to a new level of enjoyment of something I know little of - opera." "Such a meaningful film for an aging viewer we don't lose everything, it just feels that way sometimes."
"Fantastic! - I wonder if there is a fun retirement home for realtors!" "Loved it! Even loved the credits!"
"Terrific - kind of like seeing a Rolling Stones concert, what is amazing is not the quality of the music, but that they are still able to rock." "Sweet, soaring story. Great cast. Maggie Smith incomparable as always."
